I ate so much today, you have to know that food are just so tempting. Morning breakfast, had a normal cup of hot milo and a piece of kuih. Felt satisfied to start a day with low calories meal. Happily going to school, cause it's raining and there will not be assembly. Friendly speaking, the best news to know when you're going to school is when it's raining, NO ASSEMBLY!! Planned to skip recess meal today, go home for a healthy meal is just desirable. But, just before the bell rang, my stomach began to make some noise which I do not wish to hear. Urghh, why did it make noise at this time, if it's after recess, then I will have no choice to eat. Unfortunately, it's before recess. Sigh, I'll just have to go down for recess. I do not want to feel DIZZY like last week. I will be having problem standing up even. But I will still just take a light one because lunch is just few hours after that.Class ended at 1.10pm today. Mum and aunty came to pick me up. And, guess what? They are bringing me out for lunch again! Oh my, it's yong-tau-foo. How can I stand this tempation. Temptation pulled me and I followed along.I couldn't count how much calories I had today with all those fried stuff. help me! I want to have self-control. I will burn more calories than consuming it.Be determined.
