METMORPHOSIS what a big word. It's the theme of our camp this year. it's means drastic change. for example the changing of caterpillar into butterfly or tadpole into frog. a total change.
This camp can be said a very exciting and no regrets camp. lots of programmes and activities are well-planned. Games of excitement, credits goes to Trester. Yesterday, we went swimming after the last game but it rain heavily after 15 minutes, so we went to take bath. Then took hot ups. haha. Besides that this year every camper have our very own letter box, where others will be writing love letters for us. I did receive lots of love letters. So touch. Thanks to all.
My dorm mates were Merissa, Siew Yee, Beatrice, Ee Ling, Trester and Abigail. I couldn't believe that Trester can make out "musics" that LOUD!! the dorm was freezy cold, it's was just so cold. Every night we crap and crap till we're tired. Some how we just got crazy.
Food!! was okay can be said not bad for a camp. but for the whole camp it's HALAL. by the way it cannot beat girls camp food. Hannah sat with me every meal, and I had to feed her. not too bad but I still ate faster than Merissa although I have to feed Han and myself. LOL.
The preaching was good. The speaker was P.Eric. He was my camp speaker for 3 years. Every year I am very blesssed. I learnt a lot. We have to be sold-out for Christ, set-apart for Christ and surrendered to Christ. Another thing touched me is when he was talking on spiritual innosence. We always tend to be a fake christian but what got wants is a heart that is like a child that is humble, transparent and simple. We do not need to act as someone when we come before him. We just need to have faith in Him, trust Him in everything because He'll nevr harm us. Always remember that:
Jesus loves me.
Jesus really loves me.
Jesus really really loves me.
I did not regret coming for this camp
We do have new comers in this camp. Some did gave their life to Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord.
3 days 2 nights is just too short. we should have longer ones.
lastly, thanks to all commitees that worked so hard for this camp and P Vinnie too.
